How do I track my order?
Once you have paid for your item/s they will be shipped within 1-3 days. A valid tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available. You should be able to track it via your local post website. If there are any concerns or misunderstandings regarding tracking please do not hesitate to contact us.
What are your delivery options?
Should you opt. to have your items posted it may include a delivery fee of R0.00- R40. Should you wish to collect direct to avoid waiting for delivery and delivery fee's this can be arranged via email.
How do I return an item?
We offer a 15 day return policy should something be faulty or incorrect (excluding swimwear). Depending on the reasoning for return, return postage fee's must be paid for on your behalf.
Do you provide International delivery?
unfortunately at this point in time we only offer local delivery within South Africa. This may change in the future.
